Each item featured on our site is handmade and unique. The images represent the overall product design, but we are continually refining our techniques to offer better leather goods, so some deviation from the images is to be expected, such as color variation, thread configuration, proportion, etc. All items are made to order. Hopefully you find something you like, but if not, please reach out to us and we can make an item specific to your requirements.

Shipping
All items are shipped by USPS First-class mail. If you require a different shipping method, please send us a note.
Returns and Refunds
We will not ship any items that have defects in workmanship. Since these are handmade leather goods, expect these items to have a natural, crafted appearance, which is hopefully one of the reasons you are buying an item. Our leathers are vegetable tanned or reclaimed, so expect it to have character and patina. However, if your purchase arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to replace it with a similar item. Otherwise, we will not accept returns and make refunds at this time, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have additional questions.
