We will not ship any items that have defects in workmanship. Since these are handmade leather goods, expect these items to have a natural, crafted appearance, which is hopefully one of the reasons you are buying an item. Our leathers are full-grain vegetable tanned or reclaimed, so expect it to have character and patina. However, if your purchase arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to replace it with a similar item. Otherwise, we will not accept returns and make refunds at this time, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have additional questions.
